Introduction: Adolescence is a phase of life, which is characterized by various changes, being, bodily, behavioral and social. Within the sec hanges, are the alimentary, thatin- fluenceinthenutritionalandcorporalstateofthe individual. Consideration should also be given to how the adolescent seeshisorherbodyimage.

Objective: Toevaluate the nutritional status and analyze the corporal satisfaction of 371 adolescents from the city of Aracaju-SE, drawing relationships with age, sex and physical activitypractice.

Methods:Thecross-sectionalstudywasperformedin371 adolescents of both sexes, aged 10 to 18 years, in state schools in the city of Aracaju-SE. For the assessment of nu- tritional status, anthropometric measurements were made, for BMI classification and for body satisfaction analysis, the Body Shape Questionnaire(BSQ)wasapplied.
